Dana B. Munach, Managing Broker

Dana B. Munach is the founder of CLARITY INTERNATIONAL.  His concept was to create a brokerage and consulting firm that could make the expanding Latin American real estate market easily accessible to the US investor, those who wish to do business, and retiree.  We at Clarity, are committed to taking the confusion out of the international transaction for our clients and assisting them in making acquisitions and business decisions that will achieve their personal, corporate and financial goals.  We give them CLARITY!

Dana, after attending the University of South Florida, opened his first company in 1985. Eighteen months later he was developing his first commercial property. Since then, he has purchased and managed several commercial properties including the development and management of a restaurant facility in Miami. Dana  is a Certified "Human Diversity" Instructor.  Dana is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors.  He is also Transnational Referral Certified and a Licensed Mortgage Broker.  Dana travels to Central America and the Caribbean regularly to personally stay connected to the market for his clients.
